Don: Parking Lot Sweeping
and Snow Removal
Since founding Professional Property Maintenance nearly 40 years
ago, Don Louderback has put his heart and soul into building a successful and highly reputable property maintenance firm.
His unparalleled attention to detail and customer service has catapulted the continued growth of PPM. Don prides himself
in making sure that every client and employee knows how much they are valued. With open lines of communication, he continues
to build lasting relationships with all the people he meets.
Besides being involved with the day to day operations of the
company, Don's thirst for knowledge and zest for life have led him into getting his commercial and multi-engine pilot's license
in addition to becoming an accomplished aerial photographer. He is also an author of children's books and a self-taught
musician who has created numerous compositions. Don finds inspiration in nature's beauty and is continually expanding
both his mind and business. He is truly a renaissance man.
Kevin: Concrete
Considering that Kevin's first steps were taken at the original
Professional Property Maintenance site, it was only natural that the company's dynamics would run through his veins.
At the age of 12, Kevin started working with one of the mowing crews and continued his hands-on training with every department
of the company before becoming acting President in 1995. With degrees in Business, Economics and Accounting, Kevin's
knowledge insures the business operates efficiently and grows steadily each year. After graduating in the top ten percent
of his class with 3 degrees, Kevin has demanded nothing but perfection from himself. His motto is "you have to
give your best to be the best". This belief has made both the company and Kevin a powerful force in our sector
of the industry. He has been an intricate part in building a strong and respected company that will continue to grow
and change as the industry and our clients demand.
Amy: Landscape Design
/ Horticulturist
Amy comes to us as an award winning landscape designer and horticulturist.
She has worked for Dayton's largest design/build firm and also one of the area's top hardscape companies, where her patio
designs have been featured in many publications. Amy specializes in combining color and texture to produce the perfect
harmony between landscape and architecture. Her goal in every project is to achieve a cohesive fit to both home and
homeowner. Amy's plant knowledge, creativity, and attention to detail have made her a highly sought after residential
designer. We feel very lucky to have added her as a member of our expanding organization.
Bobby: Retail Center
/ Mulch and other Bulk Materials
Bobby has been PPM's mulch expert for the last 5 years.
He has been an intricate part of the growth to our retail center. By continued product research and following market
trends he knows what types of mulch and other resources will produce the best possible results for our consumers. He currently
oversees the daily operations of our landscape center and coordinates our project management facility. His knowledge
of landscape materials is vast and can help you determine what supplies you will require and the amounts needed. If
you are a do-it-yourselfer or a landscape professional and need advice or assistance, Bobby is your man.
Brad: Ground Maintenance
/ Hardscaping
At the tender age of 16, just like every other child, Brad asked
his father for a car...and a lawn mower showed up in its place. "If you want a car you shall earn the money to
buy your own"...Famous last words...Fast forward to present day... Hard work and experience over time brings PPM
one of the top Ground Maintenance Supervisors in the area. Brad's experiences have taught him the techniques to bring
the best out of any turf area, the ability to fix any problem and the knowledge of what type of grass will work best in each
situation. Besides Brad's ground maintenance expertise, he brings a diverse knowledge of the landscaping industry.
Succeeding in this field requires being highly skilled in all aspects of the business, and Brad has jumped at the opportunity
to expand into hardscaping by working several years as part of a top-notch hardscaping company. During his time there,
Brad became versed in the skills necessary to design and install intricate and beautiful concrete patios, driveways and sidewalks.
Brad's addition to PPM has been a huge asset to both the company and its clients.
